1. Inner west suspension operates under a strict No Refund policy. Once a purchase is made, all sales are final and we do not offer refund exchanges or return unless stated otherwise by Law.

4. Exceptions: In rare cases we may consider a refund request for extenuating circumstances. Such as a proven defect in a product upon de;ivery or nor- performance of a service as stated in agreed- upon terms.these exceptions will be evaluated on a case by case basis at our discretion.
